International Literacy and Development plans and works for excellent results to bring the greatest benefits to communities. With that goal in mind, our employees spend time in educational pursuits and training opportunities to best prepare themselves for success in their projects among marginalized people. Education and training is tailored for specific project involvement and varies in time and intensity. We believe that time spent preparing well in the beginning will pay off in the end!
